Pollen Allergies Cause Food Allergies

Different pollen allergies can cause allergic reactions to different fruits and vegetables. If you have allergies, check this list to find out which food you might have to stay away from.

Alder:

Apples, celery, cherries, parsley, peaches, pears

Birch: Apples, carrots, celery, cherries, kiwi, peaches, pears, plums, potatoes
Grass: Celery, peaches
Mugwort: Celery
Ragweed: Bananas, cantaloupe, cucumber, honeydew melon, watermelon, zucchini
