4. Fish. Fish contains a good kind of fat which appears to help fight depression by helping brain cells function normally.
5. Fruits and vegetables, including the skin. The skin adds more fiber to your diet, and a study conducted by the FDA recently has shown that fiber fights obesity by helping your body absorb fewer calories.
