Eat
breakfast. Canadian researchers recently discovered
that people who eat breakfast have better memory
and energy levels all day. |

Go
outside. People who get even 20 minutes of sunlight
a day, regardless of whether it's warm or cold out,
are less sluggish and depressed. |

Make
time for sex. People who share passion have
better endorphin levels, not to mention a closer
relationship. The Council on Contemporary Families
suggests you and your spouse schedule a "date
night" once a week. |

Limit
your alcohol intake to two alcoholic drinks a day
or less. While one drink is good, more is not
better. One recent study found that people who have
more than two drinks a day, especially women, end
up with damaged memories and depression. |

Have
some chocolate. Really. Several studies have
confirmed that chocolate stimulates mood-enhancing
brain chemicals. The bad news is you only need the
amount equivalent to two Hershey's Kisses to do
it. |
