Feed Your Head

New research says there are a few habits to adopt if you want to "help your head".

1.
Experts agree that if you want to think like a genius, you need to start by eating like one. The best diet to feed your head appears to be one full of brightly colored fruits and vegetables, plenty of seafood, and the right kind of fat.
2.
Get some exercise. It appears to "fertilize" brain cells.
3.
Sleep on it. Sleep appears to help memory recall.
4.
Lower your stress levels. Stress appears to raise the level of cortisol in the body. High levels of cortisol, a hormone, not only contributes to added weight around your waist, but also appears to work against a part of the brain used for memory.
5.
Turn up the tunes. Just 10 minutes of soothing music seems to be enough to aid in spatial perception--the ability to "see" an image in your mind and remember it.
