Nobody can tell you for sure that you will or won't be able to have a baby after a certain age, but several studies say that starting healthy habits when you are younger may help increase your chances of being fertile longer.

Dr. Nanette Santoro, the director of the division of reproductive endocrinology and infertility at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine recently offered these suggestions for a healthy lifestyle and, possibly, increased fertility.

1.
Reduce your risk for sexually transmitted diseases.
2.
Monitor your menstrual cycle.
3.
Maintain a healthy weight.
4.
Reduce stress.
5.
Quit smoking.
6.
Don't wait too long to try to conceive.
