Need a great fall/winter snack to feed your man? Try this.

Natural health experts say phytosterols may help protect men from benign prostate hyperplasia, which constricts the urethra, causing discomfort and urinary tract problems.

You can get phytosterols by snacking on pumpkin seeds--a good dose is about 1 oz. of seeds (a small handful) three days per week.

Try the following recipe for a handy pumpkin-seed snack:

• Handful pumpkin seeds
• Handful sunflower seeds
• 1 T. Worcestershire sauce
• Dash garlic powder
• Dash soy sauce

Combine all ingredients and stir fry over medium heat for five minutes or until slightly browned.
