It's A Supertaster!
Prevention, February 2004
Scientists
have discovered that some people are born with more
taste buds on the ends of their tongues. They're categorized
as "supertasters", and it isn't always pleasant.
Sometimes the taste of food is too strong for them.
If you find that you're a "supertaster" and
you don't like some of the bitter tastes of fruits and
vegetables, there are some seasonings you can add to
help cut the bitterness. |
