It's A Supertaster!

Scientists have discovered that some people are born with more taste buds on the ends of their tongues. They're categorized as "supertasters", and it isn't always pleasant. Sometimes the taste of food is too strong for them. If you find that you're a "supertaster" and you don't like some of the bitter tastes of fruits and vegetables, there are some seasonings you can add to help cut the bitterness.

Green beans Tarragon, mustard, dill weed and seeds
Green peas Bay leaves, mint
Kidney beans Chili powder, cumin, marjoram
Lima beans Sage
Spinach Nutmeg
Squash Allspice, curry, coriander seeds
Tomatoes Basil, oregano, red pepper, sage, rosemary
Yellow and red peppers Thyme
