a strict vegetarian |

on a diet |

a heavy drinker |

don’t
eat a well-balanced diet |

| Before
you choose a multivitamin, look for a brand with the following: |

cost of only a few cents a day |

“USP”
on the label |
| • |

percent of the daily value for vitamins D, B-1,
B-2, B-3, B-6, B-12, and folic acid |

of vitamin K (potassium) |
| • |
no
more than 5,000 I.U. of vitamin A |

percent of the daily value for minerals copper,
zinc, iodine, selenium, chromium |
